Meet Our Staff
Jim Lobel
CEO
Jim is an experienced entrepreneur who understands the need in our community for a well-managed, professionally staffed, convenient, Urgent Care Center. His responsibilities include maintaining the financial integrity of the clinic, ensuring that West Broward Urgent Care employs only licensed professional medical staff, and providing administrative and marketing services to the company.
Among Jim's most important tasks is establishing relationships with health insurance providers in order to assure our patients that their office visit is most likely covered by their health insurance.
Dr. David Pick M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Pick is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is West Broward Urgent Care's Medical Director. He is responsible for provision of medical services, supervision of the entire medical staff and for quality control in our delivery of care. He has over 18 years experience in all aspects of Urgent Care Medicine and is certified by the State of Florida in Workmans Compensation Injuries.
Dr. Gerald Hoffman, D.O.
Attending Physician
Dr. Hoffman has many years of experience treating patients as a family practitioner. He is also board certified in Family Medicine and is certified by the State of Florida in Workers Comp. injuries.
Dr. Hoffman is in the clinic most days to care for our patients.
Lillian Williams
Office Manager
Lillian is a qualified Medical Assistant but her main role is to manage the office, provide liaison with clients and health insurance providers, and help patients with any issues related to their medical care.
She is available from 8:30 to 5:00 every weekday.
Karen Todd
Senior Medical Assistant
Karen is the lead MA in the practice. She is a certified breath alcohol technician and a certified x-ray technician.
She supervises the MA staff and assists the physicians with patients' health care needs.
Ari Montano
Practice Representative
Ari represents us to business and government entities. He is a certified Medical Assistant and x-ray technician. He also serves as a part-time Medical Assistant in the practice.
